Good food
One year ago I assisted a friend with his recovery at the Heartland. He successfully completed the recovery program, and intends to move on to the Ministry program. While at the Heartland for his one year mark, his family, and myself had the opportunity to indulge in the Open House Celebration the Heartland sponsored. I was great. We also went on the Dairy Tour. We had a pleasant experience, and education regard milking of the cows, and goats. We also explored the grounds of the Heartland. Our tour guide Caity was well informed, and answered all of our questions. The Dairy Tour revolves around farm animals and corn production. Our tour guide also explained the other buildings as we encountered along the way. I really enjoyed the experience.
Very clean place. Friendly tour guide. The farm tour and the bus ride was very good.
Kids got to see "just born" baby goats.
